It gives Chad and me great pleasure to announce the new members of GMB leadership. As you all know, Chad Crosson's tenure as co-chair will be coming to an end this May, after having served two years in the position. Replacing him will be two members of our community: Lauren Chiarulli from History and Ryan Perry from English.

Many of us know one another already, but if you haven't met either Ryan or Lauren please introduce yourself to each of them. Likewise, they will be making a point of introducing themselves to each of you in the coming months. The three of us are certainly looking forward to continuing the growth of our thriving community here at Berkeley.

I, myself, will continue to act as co-chair with Lauren and Ryan through the end of next year. So, please direct any questions or suggestions for the future of GMB to Lauren ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ), Ryan ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ), or me ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ).

We look forward to working with all of you and to an exciting year ahead.

Cheers,

Ben and Chad

So, come join us to reconnect with old friends and make new ones.

A dose of medieval . . .

Pisces dicti unde et pecus, a pascendo scilicet. Reptilia ideo dicuntur haec quae natant, eo quod reptandi habeant speciem et naturam; quamvis se in profundum inmergant, tamen in natando repunt.
